Ordering & Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver across the Yarra Valley and surrounding suburbs six days a week, and we’ll make sure you get exactly what you ordered. Call 03 5964 4598 to book your delivery.
How do I know if you deliver to my area?
Enter your postcode into the Delivery Area Look-Up on our home page. If we don’t regularly deliver to your area, give the yard a call. We’re happy to provide a personalised quote.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged by location and by vehicle (small tipper, 4t and 10t tipper, or concrete truck). Our Delivery Charges list shows the price for each suburb. For example, delivery to Seville Township starts at $30 for a small tipper. A fuel levy may also apply, and the current surcharge is listed on our website.
What days can I get a delivery?
We deliver Monday to Saturday. Saturday has a delivery surcharge of $10 for tippers and $20 for concrete trucks.
Do I need to be home when my delivery arrives?
Drop point needs to clearly explained and drop point marked on site
Please make sure the truck has clear access and a suitable spot to unload. Tell us about any steep driveways, low branches or tight access when you book.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Absolutely. Come and get it from our yard at 614 Warburton Highway, Seville. We can load trailers, utes and tippers with our loaders

Mini Mix Concrete
What is mini mix concrete?
Mini mix is freshly mixed concrete delivered in smaller quantities, ideal for home projects and small jobs that don’t need a full-size truck.
What strength concrete do I need?
We supply three strengths:
20 MPa: suitable for footpaths
25 MPa: suitable for driveways
32 MPa: suitable for heavy-duty driveways

How much concrete do I need?
Use the Volume Calculator on our home page. Enter the length (m), width (m) and depth (mm) of your slab and it will work out the volume in cubic metres. Our concrete is priced in 0.1 m³ increments from 0.4 m³ up. It’s a good idea to allow a little extra for uneven ground and spillage.
Where can I find concrete prices?
Our price lists for 20 MPa, 25 MPa and 32 MPa concrete are on the website, and you can also use the Concrete Prices calculator on our home page. Prices depend on strength and quantity, and delivery is charged separately.
How much notice do you need for a concrete delivery?
Varies due to demand, but normally one or two days in advance. Concrete is time-sensitive, so book early and have your formwork, base and access ready before the truck arrives.
Should I be there when the concrete arrives?
Yes. Concrete starts to set quickly, so have your helpers, tools and formwork ready, and make sure the truck can get as close to the pour as possible. 30 minutes to unload is included in pricing. Overtime charged at $3.30 per minute after initial 30 minutes elapses.

Which soil should I choose?
It depends on what you’re planting. Veggie patches, lawns and garden beds all have different needs. Tell us about your project and our staff will recommend the right mix. We’ve been supplying Yarra Valley gardens for over 30 years.
Which mulch is best for my garden?
Pine bark mulch suits most garden beds and comes in 6-10mm and 20mm sizes. We also stock playground mulch, coloured chip mulch, Eucey Mulch and bush mulch. Call us or visit the yard to see the options in person.
How much soil, sand or mulch do I need?
Multiply the length (m) by the width (m) by the depth (m) of your area to get cubic metres. For example, a 5m x 2m garden bed mulched 75mm deep needs 0.75 m³. Our Volume Calculator will work it out for you, and our team can help if you’re unsure.
Do you sell firewood?
Yes, we sell redgum firewood, and mixed species firewood. Call us for current pricing and availability.
Payment & Accounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa. Payment due when ordering or COD to the driver before tipping off on site.
Do you supply to builders, landscapers and commercial customers?
Yes. We supply both domestic and commercial customers across the Yarra Valley. Accounts are available once a working relationship has been established.
